  • Introducing the National Learning Alliance (NLA) strategy
  • Introducing the four SAIRLA projects in Ethiopia
  • Agreeing on NLA Terms of Reference and NLA structure
  • Identifying partners and outcome challenges for each partners
  • Agreeing on the roles and responsibilities of the steering committee and Appointing members for the NLA
